Remember not too long ago we bought you the news that 18 year old Selena Gomez had been rushed to hospital with a headache and nausea after appearing on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. Well not to long it was explained that poor Selena hadn’t been taking proper care of herself or eating the right food as she said, “I wasn't really healthy. I was low in iron. I was dehydrated. I had actually got back from vacation, s of o I wasn't overworking. I'm probably not the healthiest eater.” However, despite Selena being pretty open about it all the rumor mill started turning with lots of people suggesting that Selena could have been pregnant with boy-friend Justin Bieber's baby (are we the only one’s that still think of him as a bit of a child himself). Now Selena has come out to reveal that she’s just had to deal with the rumours, “I laughed. There is nothing you can do, you just have to blow them off.” Pretty mature for someone so young init. This year Taylor Swift leads the list of music nominees with six nominations. She’s closely followed by the sweet couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, each having 5 noms. Interestingly, Justin is nominated not only in the music but also in the TV section as his cameo appearance in CSI is mentioned in the Choice TV Villain category.
Awards’ favorite Lady GaGa has ended up with three nominations, including the Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon.

When a celebrity like Gomez takes off her long-adorned celibacy ring, young people are watching, listening, and just maybe, scoffing at another well intentioned vow which has – like all those before them – been transformed in the minds of their followers into an 'unrealistic' broken pledge.
