Believe!Illusionist Criss Angel is engaged to girlfriend Sandra Gonzalez after proposing while they were on vacation in Cabo San Lucas this month, and the couple are "ecstatic," Angel's rep confirmed to E! News Tuesday.
But while a little sleight of hand may have been involved, that massive ring didn't appear out of thin air...
Angel offered up a 5-carat princess-cut diamond on a platinum band that he codesigned along with New York jeweler Idayne Kaye.Per his rep, on the night of Sept. 7 he and Gonzalez were having a romantic sunset dinner on the beach when he popped the question. Angel had flown her family in as a surprise and they showed up right after she accepted, fireworks blasting overhead.
